Dec. 27th 1822 - Louis Pasteur's Birthday - Discuss how he revolutioned the dairy process with his famous discovery of pasturization.

Jan. 4th - Louis Braille's Birthday. Born in 1809.

Jan. 5th - National Bird Day - Not only do many people enjoy watching birds but they are a very important part of the growing cycle as they do their part in pollination and seed dispersal.
